Payment Terms
Accepted cards:
Mastercard, UK Debit Mastercard, UK Maestro / International Maestro card, Visa (credit or debit card), Visa Electron / International Visa Electron / UK Visa Electron card /UK Visa Debit card.
If you pay by card, please make sure that:
- your card is undamaged and has a chip;
- your pin number is set up;
- the payment limitation is set accordingly;
- you have a valid ID card or passport with you;
- you know the exact address that the card is registered to.
Personal-, company- or travelers cheques are not accepted.
Extent of guarantee
The validity of the guarantee is subject to the patient’s full compliance with and fulfilment of the conditions of the guarantee, in particular, but not exclusively, the continuity of treatment and the strict respect of the recovery periods between treatment phases, according to the schedule agreed with the doctor.
Once a year check-up is required to validate your guarantee for the fee in accordance with the current price list, including a panoramic X-ray, to be able to assess the health of your teeth/implants and gums.
Cover fillings, temporary crowns, bridges and dentures are charged at the fee of the current price list and are not covered by guarantee, therefore Implantcenter cannot accept guarantee claims for them.
Occasionally, teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown & bridgework treatment resulting in a need for a root canal treatment afterwards. Implantcenter is not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown or bridgework.
If an implant fails (is damaged, or becomes loose) during the (6 months) healing period and a new one can be inserted, the Implantcenter will replace it free of charge. However, if the bone structure is damaged, if the bone quantity and ossification are inadequate, and a new implant cannot be inserted, the price of the implant will not be reimbursed.
We offer the following guarantees:
- Partial dentures: 1 year
- Full dentures: 1 year
- Camlog implants (only the material): 5 years
- Porcelain crown fused to metal: 3 years
- Zirconium crown: 3 years
- Ceramic veneers: 1 year
- Inlays: 1 year
- Composite fillings: 1 year
Guarantee will be (reduced or) invalidated
- If patient neglects oral hygiene
- If the dentists’ instructions are not followed (for example: night-guard is not worn, etc.)
- If the patient undergoes treatment on the dental or laboratory work provided by Implantcenter, at another clinic
- If removable restoration such as partial dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
- If the gum tissue or bone is naturally reducing
- If the patient loses or gains a substantial amount of weight during a short period of time
- In case of sport damage or accidental damage
- If there is a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, and osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy) and the Patient does not notify the Implantcenter about it
- In case of accidental damage (for example: dropping dentures)
- In cases of damages caused by sport accidents
- If there is a general illness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example: diabetes, epilepsy and osteoporosis or condition after x-rays or chemotherapy) and the patient does not notify the Implantcenter about it prior to exercising the guarantee
Exercise of guarantees
The guarantee services can be completed only after evaluation of the situation. The above mentioned conditions and guarantee conditions are valid for the clients of the Implantcenter.
